Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Sonder, operated by FireBringer Media Group LLC ("we"). By signing in or joining the waitlist you agree to them.

A prototype, by invitation

Sonder is an early, invite-only prototype. Features may change or disappear, and access may be granted, limited or withdrawn at our discretion. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your connected AI assistants write there.

Your content

What you put in Sonder stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and display it to you in order to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sonder to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to try to reach other people's workspaces, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Ending things

You can stop using Sonder and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the prototype, with reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Sonder in the previous 12 months (currently nothing).
